1. Refund Principles

Telemoji Maker prioritizes user satisfaction. We offer a free trial (30 minutes) so you can experience the service before purchasing. Refunds are available under the following conditions.

2. Refund Conditions by Plan

2.1 30-Minute Pass ($10) / 1-Day Pass ($30) • These are digital products that begin immediately upon purchase. • No refund after use begins. • Refund available if unused: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if the service has not been used. 2.2 Monthly Subscription ($50/mo) • Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds for remaining days. • Full refund available within 7 days if the service has not been used. 2.3 Non-Refundable • Free trial (first 30 minutes) • Used time passes • Account suspension due to terms violation

3. Service Outage Compensation

• Service outages caused by the Company will be compensated with equivalent usage time. • Compensation is provided as additional time, not cash refund. • Outages exceeding 1 hour will be announced separately.

4. Refund Process

4.1 How to Request 1. Contact @telemoji_support on Telegram 2. Include: • Your Telegram username • Reason for refund • Purchase date and amount 4.2 Processing Time • Acknowledgment: within 1 business day • Review and approval: within 3 business days • Refund deposit: 5-10 business days after approval 4.3 Refund Method • Refunds are issued to the original payment method. • Processed through Paddle; actual deposit time may vary by payment provider.

5. Service Discontinuation

• If the Service is discontinued, pro-rata refunds will be issued for unused subscription periods. • Refund processing will be completed within 30 days of the discontinuation announcement.
