1. Service Overview

Telemoji Maker (the "Service") is a desktop application for creating Telegram stickers and emojis. It provides image and video slicing, conversion, and Telegram sticker pack uploading features. These terms establish the rights and obligations between the service operator (the "Company") and users (the "User").

2. Terms of Use

2.1 Account • A Telegram account is required to log in. • Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials safe. • One Telegram account can create one Telemoji account. 2.2 Environment • The Service is available on macOS and Windows. • Internet is required for login, payment, license verification, and Telegram uploads. 2.3 Age Restriction • Users must be at least 14 years old.

3. Pricing & Payment

3.1 Free Trial • 30 minutes of free access is provided on first sign-up. • Limited to one trial per account. 3.2 Plans • 30 Minutes: $10 (USD) • 1 Day Pass: $30 (USD) • Monthly: $50 (USD/mo), auto-renew 3.3 Payment • Processed through Paddle B.V. • Prices are in USD; local currency conversion may apply. 3.4 Digital Content Notice • Time-based passes begin immediately upon purchase. Refunds after use has started are limited per applicable law. • Unused purchases may be refunded within 7 days.

4. User Obligations

• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service. • Do not use another person's account without authorization. • Do not create or distribute illegal content. • Users are responsible for all content they create.

5. Company Obligations

• The Company strives to provide stable service. • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. • User privacy is protected per the Privacy Policy.

6. Service Changes

• The Company may change features, content, or pricing with advance notice. • If the Service is discontinued, at least 30 days notice will be given with pro-rata refunds for active subscriptions.

7. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "AS IS." • The Company is not liable for disputes arising from user-created content. • The Company is not responsible for limitations caused by Telegram API changes.

8. Dispute Resolution

• These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. • Disputes shall be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over the Company's headquarters.

9. Changes to Terms

• The Company may update these terms as needed. • Changes will be announced via the Service or email. • Users who disagree may discontinue use.
